Acora is today delighted to announce it has been recorded as one of the \u20181000 companies to inspire Britain\u2019<\/b> by the London Stock Exchange Group, a\u00a0 landmark report that identifies some of the UK\u2019s most exciting and dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises. This comes only 6 months after being ranked in the Investec Top 100 list.<\/p>\n
The directory of 1,000 inspiring British companies was compiled by leading sales software business, Growth Intelligence, a UK software company specialising in monitoring the real-time data footprint of UK companies. The company tracks the performance and activity of millions of businesses in real time to then compile a list of the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in the UK.<\/p>\n
These ‘gazelle’ companies as the CBI calls them, or the ‘vital 6%\u201d as think-tank Nesta describes them are ‘of exceptional importance to UK economic growth and job creation.’<\/p>\n

To be considered for inclusion in the report, companies had to meet a range of criteria. These included being UK based, having a turnover of between \u00a36-250 million in the last 12 months and a minimum of three years in operation.
